Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of crosscares.com. CrossCares is made and run by Vynton Works LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Vynton”, “we”). Hospitals and hospital groups that use the CrossCares platform do so under a separate written agreement with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
1. What CrossCares is
CrossCares is software that hospitals use to coordinate patients who travel for treatment. Vynton is not a hospital. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, travel or visa services, and we do not employ the clinicians who use CrossCares. Doctors' opinions, estimates and treatment decisions recorded in CrossCares are made by the hospital and its doctors, and are their responsibility.
2. Using this website
This website describes CrossCares. We keep it accurate, but product details can change. Features described as proposed, or listed under “Coming next”, are plans and not commitments.
Please do not misuse the site. Do not:
- try to break or overload it;
- collect its content automatically in bulk;
- send automated or false demo requests.
3. Demo requests
If you ask for a demo, please give accurate details. How we use them is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Hospitals using CrossCares
Use of the platform is governed by the hospital's agreement with us. In addition:
- Staff accounts are personal. Do not share sign-in details, and tell your hospital's administrator if you think someone else has used yours.
- The hospital is responsible for having the right to put its patients' data into CrossCares. That includes having its patients' consent where the law requires it.
- The hospital is also responsible for what its staff send to patients.
5. WhatsApp and other channels
A hospital connects its own WhatsApp Business account to CrossCares. In doing so, it accepts Meta's terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform, and it pays Meta directly for its messages. Telegram and the other channels likewise have their own terms. Vynton does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, their decisions or their charges.
6. Our content
The CrossCares name, logo, software and the text of this website belong to Vynton. The photographs on this website come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.
7. No warranty for this website
The website is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it always will be.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, Vynton is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
